Each licensing request is reviewed individually based on project scope, scale, location, development intent, and alignment with the Forest Pavilions system.

We usually respond within 2–3 business days if the project appears aligned with the system.

We evaluate the project type, scale, location, intent, and potential alignment with the Forest Pavilions system. - Scope is clarified
If needed, we may request additional information about the site, development model, number of units, or required customization. - A licensing path is defined
Depending on the project, this may involve a Single Residence License, Development License, Enterprise/System License, or bespoke customization proposal. - A proposal or consultation is prepared
If aligned, we provide the next steps for licensing, development discussion, or direct consultation.
Submitting this form does not grant any license, construction rights, or approval to use the Forest Pavilions system. Licensing terms are defined only through a separate written agreement.
