THE AGREEMENT - TERMS OF USE AND LICENSING AGREEMENT - Forest Pavilions

This document defines the terms of use and licensing conditions for the Forest Pavilions architectural system and related materials developed by The Architectural Mythologems.

By purchasing the Architectural Study or obtaining a professional license, the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”) agrees to the following terms.

NATURE OF THE PROJECT

Forest Pavilions represents an architectural system and design framework developed as part of The Architectural Mythologems.

The project combines modular spatial logic, architectural typologies, and façade design principles into a coherent architectural language intended for adaptable housing development.

The materials presented through this website or associated documents are intended to communicate the architectural logic of the system and may serve as a conceptual or design framework for further architectural development.

Forest Pavilions is not a construction permit set and does not constitute a complete technical project ready for construction.

ARCHITECTURAL STUDY (PDF)

The Architectural Study is a digital document presenting the conceptual and architectural structure of the Forest Pavilions system.

The study may include:

• theoretical explanation of the architectural system
• diagrams and architectural drawings
• spatial and typological analysis
• visualizations illustrating the design language

The Architectural Study is intended for:

• research and educational purposes
• architectural inspiration and analysis
• conceptual understanding of the system

The purchase of the Architectural Study does not grant the right to construct buildings based on the system.

Commercial use, implementation, or development of the system requires a separate professional license.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSING

Companies, developers, or architectural studios interested in implementing the Forest Pavilions system in real projects must obtain a Professional License.

Professional licensing may grant:

• the right to implement the architectural framework in development projects
• access to additional technical documentation where applicable
• permission to adapt the system to local conditions and regulations

The scope of licensing is defined individually depending on the scale and nature of the project.

Professional licensing agreements may vary depending on the intended use of the system.

IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY

Forest Pavilions defines the architectural logic and spatial organization of the system.

However, the system does not include full construction documentation.

Before construction, the project must be adapted and developed by licensed professionals who will address:

• structural engineering
• foundations and geotechnical conditions
• mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• compliance with local building regulations

The Licensee is responsible for engaging appropriate professionals to develop the project in accordance with local laws and construction standards.

The Architectural Mythologems bears no responsibility for construction execution, structural performance, or damages resulting from the use or adaptation of the system.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All architectural designs, drawings, diagrams, texts, and visual materials associated with the Forest Pavilions system are the intellectual property of The Architectural Mythologems.

Purchasing the Architectural Study or obtaining a professional license does not transfer copyright ownership.

Only the specific rights defined in the applicable license agreement are granted.

ATTRIBUTION

When the Forest Pavilions system is used as a basis for architectural development, appropriate attribution to the original system is required.

Where applicable, project descriptions or documentation should include the following reference:

“Based on the Forest Pavilions architectural system, originally developed by The Architectural Mythologems.”

This attribution does not affect the authorship of project-specific adaptations made by the Licensee.

RESTRICTIONS

Without explicit written permission from The Architectural Mythologems, it is prohibited to:

• redistribute the Architectural Study or related materials
• upload files to public repositories or download platforms
• sell or distribute the system as a digital product
• present the Forest Pavilions system as an original work created by another author
• create or market a separate architectural product or commercial system derived from Forest Pavilions without an appropriate licensing agreement

The Forest Pavilions system may not be rebranded, resold, or distributed as an independent architectural product by third parties.

OPTIONAL DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

In certain cases, additional architectural development or customization of the system may be available through a separate agreement.

Such services are not included in the purchase of the Architectural Study and are not part of the basic licensing model.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases of the Architectural Study are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

All materials are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
