TERMS OF USE & LICENSING AGREEMENT

Forest Pavilions — The Architectural Mythologems

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, reviewing, or using the Forest Pavilions Architectural Study or any related material, you agree to the following Terms of Use and Licensing Agreement established by The Architectural Mythologems.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase, download, access, review, share, or use the material.

1. Nature of the Product

Forest Pavilions is an architectural study, modular design system, and symbolic villa design language developed by The Architectural Mythologems.

The product presents a conceptual architectural framework including spatial logic, modular structure, facade system, visual identity, architectural principles, and design methodology.

The Forest Pavilions Architectural Study is intended for conceptual understanding, architectural exploration, educational reference, professional review, and licensing evaluation.

It does not constitute a construction-ready architectural project, construction permit set, execution documentation, engineering package, or contractor-level drawing set.

2. Prototype Character

The Forest Pavilions system presented in the Architectural Study represents a design prototype and architectural logic rather than finalized construction documentation.

The modular 3 × 3 meter grid is demonstrated primarily through timber structural logic, including Glulam / CLT-oriented design thinking. However, the conceptual system may theoretically be adapted to other structural systems such as reinforced concrete, masonry, steel, hybrid systems, or prefabricated construction.

These alternatives are mentioned only as conceptual compatibility scenarios. They are not provided as technical, structural, engineering, or construction solutions.

Any real-world construction must be independently developed, adapted, calculated, and approved by qualified licensed professionals according to the specific site, country, climate, soil conditions, building codes, and regulatory framework.

3. Explicit Exclusions

The Forest Pavilions Architectural Study does not include:

structural calculations
foundation engineering
geotechnical documentation
MEP systems
mechanical installations
electrical installations
plumbing installations
HVAC systems
fire safety documentation
acoustic studies
thermal performance calculations
construction permit documentation
contractor-level execution drawings
site-specific engineering solutions
local code compliance documentation
bill of quantities
cost estimation
construction supervision

All such documentation must be developed separately by licensed architects, engineers, consultants, and other qualified professionals according to local laws, site conditions, and project requirements.

4. Professional Responsibility

The Buyer, User, or Licensee is solely responsible for engaging qualified licensed professionals to adapt the Forest Pavilions concept to local building codes, engineering standards, zoning rules, site conditions, climate requirements, safety regulations, and construction methods.

The Architectural Mythologems does not assume responsibility for:

structural performance
engineering feasibility
construction outcomes
regulatory approval
permit approval
local code compliance
safety performance
cost overruns
construction defects
site adaptation
contractor decisions
material substitutions
professional errors made by third parties

The Architectural Study must always be treated as a conceptual architectural reference and design system, not as a direct instruction to build.

5. Package Content

The product available through the website shop is the Forest Pavilions Architectural Study in PDF format.

The Architectural Study may include conceptual drawings, plans, sections, elevations, diagrams, facade logic, renders, design explanations, symbolic interpretation, modular principles, and presentation material.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, the shop purchase does not include:

DWG files
editable CAD files
3D source files
3ds Max files
FBX files
OBJ files
BIM files
construction documentation
engineering documentation
rights to build
rights to commercially reproduce the system
rights to adapt the system for development
rights to use the system as a product line

Source files, professional collaboration, customization, technical development, and construction licensing may only be provided through a separate written agreement with The Architectural Mythologems.

6. Intellectual Property

All drawings, diagrams, renders, texts, models, design systems, facade systems, spatial logic, modular configurations, symbolic structures, architectural concepts, visual language, and written material related to Forest Pavilions remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Architectural Mythologems.

Purchasing, downloading, accessing, or reviewing the Architectural Study does not transfer ownership, authorship, copyright, design rights, intellectual property rights, construction rights, or commercial exploitation rights to the Buyer.

The Buyer receives only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and study the material for informational, educational, conceptual, or evaluation purposes.

7. Architectural Study License

The purchase of the Forest Pavilions Architectural Study grants the Buyer the right to:

view the document
study the architectural concept
analyze the design system
use the material as educational or conceptual reference
evaluate the system before requesting a construction or development license

The purchase of the Architectural Study does not grant the right to:

construct a building based on the system
reproduce the architectural system
adapt the system for a real project
use the system for commercial development
use the facade language in another project
create derivative buildings based on the design
resell, redistribute, publish, or share the files
present the design as one’s own work
use the material as execution documentation

The Architectural Study is intended strictly for informational, educational, conceptual, and evaluation purposes.

8. Construction Licensing

Any construction, development, commercial adaptation, professional deployment, or repeated use based on the Forest Pavilions architectural system requires a separate written license agreement with The Architectural Mythologems.

Purchasing the Architectural Study alone does not grant construction rights.

A construction license must be obtained before any use of the system for:

building a private residence
developing a villa
creating a residential cluster
developing a resort
adapting the system to a site
using the facade grammar commercially
producing modular housing based on the system
using the design language as part of a real estate development
marketing a development based on Forest Pavilions
modifying the system for construction
creating derivative architectural works

No construction, reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization from The Architectural Mythologems.

9. Types of Construction Licenses

Construction and development licenses are negotiated individually depending on the nature, location, scale, and commercial use of the project.

Possible license categories include:

Single Residence License

A Single Residence License grants the right to construct one residential building at one specific location.

This license is typically intended for private individuals or private clients who wish to build one personal home, villa, retreat house, or private residence based on the Forest Pavilions system.

Small Development License

A Small Development License applies to limited residential projects involving multiple units, such as boutique villa clusters, small retreat developments, private estate compounds, or small residential communities.

Large Development License

A Large Development License applies to larger residential developments, resort projects, planned communities, commercial residential projects, or premium real estate developments using the Forest Pavilions architectural language.

Enterprise / System License

An Enterprise / System License is required for large-scale development, prefabricated production systems, modular housing companies, repeated commercial deployment, product-line use, or ongoing use of the Forest Pavilions system by a company, developer, manufacturer, or investment group.

10. License Negotiation

All construction, development, and commercial licenses are granted only through direct written agreement with The Architectural Mythologems.

License terms, pricing, territory, duration, project scale, number of units, customization rights, source file access, authorship credit, exclusivity, and commercial use are negotiated individually.

No license is valid unless confirmed in writing by The Architectural Mythologems.

Verbal conversations, email inquiries, website visits, product purchases, or access to the Architectural Study do not constitute a construction license.

11. Customization & Professional Services

Forest Pavilions may be adapted, developed, or customized through additional professional services provided by The Architectural Mythologems, subject to separate agreement.

These services may include:

site-specific design adaptation
custom villa concept development
development of new facade grammars
expansion beyond the three initial house models
creation of new ideogram systems
symbolic design narratives
aesthetic identity mapping
architectural direction for local professionals
collaboration with the client’s architect, engineer, or development team
bespoke architectural identity for villas, estates, resorts, or residential developments

Such services are not included in the standard purchase of the Architectural Study and must be agreed separately.

12. Source Files

Source files are not included in the standard shop purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Source files may include CAD files, 3D models, FBX files, OBJ files, 3ds Max files, BIM files, or other editable materials.

Access to source files may be granted only under a separate written license, professional collaboration agreement, or development agreement.

If source files are provided, they remain the intellectual property of The Architectural Mythologems unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

The Buyer or Licensee may not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, extract, copy, or use source files outside the agreed license scope.

13. Prohibited Uses

The Buyer, User, or Licensee may not:

construct buildings based on the Architectural Study without a separate construction license
reproduce the architectural system without authorization
copy the facade language for another project
adapt the design for commercial development without a license
create derivative projects based on the system without permission
resell or redistribute the files
upload the files to public servers, repositories, marketplaces, or torrent platforms
claim authorship of the system
use the material as construction documentation
share the files with third parties not directly involved in an authorized licensed project
use the design in competitions, proposals, commercial presentations, or development packages without permission
reverse engineer the system for commercial purposes
train employees, AI systems, design teams, or production pipelines using the material without authorization

14. No Redistribution

The Buyer may not upload, publish, share, distribute, resell, or otherwise make available the Architectural Study or related files on:

public servers
file-sharing platforms
online marketplaces
design marketplaces
social media groups
torrent platforms
AI training datasets
public repositories
private resale platforms
third-party libraries
shared commercial databases

The material may only be shared with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, or advisors directly involved in an authorized licensed project.

Even in such cases, sharing must be limited, confidential, and directly related to the approved project.

15. AI / Dataset Restrictions

The Buyer, User, or Licensee may not upload, submit, import, reproduce, or use the Architectural Study, drawings, diagrams, renders, texts, models, source files, facade systems, or related materials in:

AI datasets
machine learning training systems
generative AI platforms
image generation systems
architectural AI tools
automated design systems
data scraping systems
model training environments
commercial AI workflows

No part of the Forest Pavilions system may be used to train, fine-tune, test, reproduce, simulate, or generate architectural content through artificial intelligence systems without explicit written permission from The Architectural Mythologems.

16. Credit & Attribution

When the Forest Pavilions architectural system is used in an approved licensed project, attribution should be included where appropriate and agreed within the license terms.

Suggested attribution:

“Based on the Forest Pavilions architectural system, originally designed by The Architectural Mythologems.”

Attribution does not replace the requirement for a valid license.

The right to use the project name, studio name, visual identity, renders, or authorship credit commercially must be defined in the applicable license agreement.

17. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once the Architectural Study has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, or delivered, the Buyer waives any right of withdrawal, cancellation, return, or refund to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No refund is granted on the basis that the Buyer misunderstood the nature of the product, expected construction documentation, expected source files, expected building rights, or expected professional services not included in the purchase.

The product description, licensing notices, and these Terms clearly state that the Architectural Study does not include construction rights, source files, or permit-ready documentation.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Forest Pavilions Architectural Study is provided “as is.”

The Architectural Mythologems makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

construction feasibility
engineering validity
structural performance
regulatory approval
permit approval
local code compliance
cost of construction
availability of materials
contractor execution
suitability for a specific site
suitability for a specific country or jurisdiction
commercial profitability
development success
market acceptance

The Buyer is responsible for obtaining all necessary professional, legal, engineering, regulatory, and construction advice before using the system in any real-world project.

19. Limitation of Liability

The Architectural Mythologems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, professional, technical, regulatory, or construction-related damages arising from the use or misuse of the Forest Pavilions Architectural Study or related material.

This includes, but is not limited to:

construction costs
engineering errors
regulatory conflicts
permit refusal
project delays
financial losses
contractor disputes
site adaptation problems
structural failures
code compliance issues
unauthorized use by third parties
misuse of the design system
reliance on the Architectural Study as construction documentation

The Buyer uses the material at their own risk and remains responsible for all professional decisions, technical development, and real-world implementation.

20. Termination of License

Any violation of these Terms automatically terminates the limited license granted to the Buyer.

Upon termination, the Buyer must immediately stop using the material and may be required to delete, destroy, or return all copies of the Architectural Study, related files, or source materials.

Unauthorized construction, reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, AI training, or derivative use may result in legal action.

21. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Any disputes arising from or related to the Forest Pavilions Architectural Study, licensing, intellectual property, construction rights, commercial use, or these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Serbia.

22. Full Agreement

These Terms of Use & Licensing Agreement represent the governing conditions for the use of the Forest Pavilions Architectural Study and related material.

The complete downloadable Terms of Use & Licensing Agreement included with the product constitutes the full legally binding document governing the use of the purchased material.

In the event of inconsistency between a simplified website description, marketing text, product preview, social media post, email communication, or informal explanation and the official Terms of Use & Licensing Agreement, the official Terms shall prevail.
