WHAT IS LICENSING
A Forest Pavilions license grants the right to construct and deploy the architectural system within a defined project scope.
Without a license, the system may not be used for construction or commercial development.
The Architectural Study provides access to the logic.
The license provides the right to build.

Single Residence License
- Construction of one residential unit at a specific location
- Typically for private clients
Small Development License
- Limited residential developments
- Boutique housing clusters or small communities
Large Development License
- Larger residential projects
- Planned communities, resorts, or multi-unit developments
Enterprise / System License
- For companies and large-scale operations
- Prefabricated housing systems
