A Forest Pavilions license grants the right to construct and deploy the architectural system within a defined project scope.
Without a license, the system may not be used for construction or commercial development.
The Architectural Study provides access to the logic.
The license provides the right to build.
Customization provides the possibility to adapt the language to a specific client, site, estate, or development identity.
ARCHITECTURE AS A SYSTEM
Forest Pavilions operates on a simple principle:
A limited number of elements can generate an unlimited number of configurations.

Licensing grants the right to use the system for construction.
It does not replace:
- Structural engineering
- MEP systems
- Permit documentation
- Local regulatory compliance
All projects must be developed by licensed professionals according to local requirements.
