FOREST PAVILIONS
Architectural System for Professional Licensing
A modular architectural framework allowing developers to begin projects from an established housing system instead of designing typologies from scratch.

Forest Pavilions is a modular architectural system developed by The Architectural Mythologems.
The project combines architectural theory, modular spatial logic, and developed residential typologies into a coherent design framework intended for adaptable housing development.
The system is available in two forms:
• Architectural Study (PDF) — a comprehensive document presenting the system, its logic, and architectural structure
• Professional Licensing — for developers, manufacturers, and studios interested in implementing the system in real projects

THE IDEA
Architecture as a System
Most house plans available online are static drawings designed for a single project.
Forest Pavilions was conceived differently.
Instead of a single design, it proposes a modular architectural language capable of generating multiple variations while maintaining a coherent spatial and visual identity.
The system is based on a 3 × 3 meter structural matrix that allows expansion, recombination, and adaptation across different sites and development contexts.
In this sense, Forest Pavilions is not a fixed plan but a framework for architectural generation.
WHAT THE SYSTEM INCLUDES
The Forest Pavilions system combines conceptual logic with developed architectural documentation.
The complete framework includes:
• three developed residential typologies
• modular structural grid (3 × 3 system)
• architectural plans, sections, and elevations
• façade design logic and modular panels
• a consistent architectural language based on growth patterns
• full visualizations demonstrating spatial and atmospheric qualities
Together these elements form a coherent architectural system designed to be adapted and expanded.

ARCHITECTURAL TYPOLOGIES
The system currently includes three base houses:
RADIX
The foundational typology focusing on structural clarity and modular expansion.

ARBORIUM
A development of the system emphasizing spatial openness and interaction with landscape.

INTEGRUM
A more compact and integrated configuration representing the mature state of the system.

Each typology follows the same structural logic while expressing different architectural possibilities.

ARCHITECTURE AS LANGUAGE
A central idea behind Forest Pavilions is that architecture can function as a language composed of simple elements.
Just as letters form words and words form sentences, the system uses a limited number of architectural elements to generate many possible spatial configurations.
The façade panels, structural frames, and modular units operate as architectural “graphemes” that together form a coherent architectural syntax.
This approach allows the system to remain both structured and flexible.

WHO THIS SYSTEM IS FOR
Forest Pavilions can be approached from two perspectives.
Readers, Architects, and Researchers
The Architectural Study provides a detailed exploration of the system’s logic, design process, and architectural structure.
It is intended for those interested in modular architecture, architectural theory, and system-based design.
Developers, Modular Housing Companies, and Studios
Companies interested in implementing the system in development projects may obtain a professional license allowing the architectural framework to be adapted for construction.
This licensing model enables the system to be integrated into different development contexts while preserving its conceptual structure.

VALUE OF THE SYSTEM
Developing a coherent architectural system internally typically requires months of conceptual exploration, design iteration, and technical development.
Forest Pavilions condenses that process into a developed framework that can serve as a starting point for further development.
The system provides:
• a defined architectural language
• developed spatial typologies
• modular structural logic
• adaptable design principles
This allows developers or architects to begin from an established architectural foundation rather than starting from scratch.

IMPLEMENTATION EXAMPLE
Typical workflow
How the system may be used in development projects
A typical implementation process may follow several stages:
1. Licensing the architectural system
The developer obtains a professional license granting the right to implement the Forest Pavilions system in a project.
2. Site adaptation
A local architect or engineering team adapts the modular framework to the specific site conditions, regulations, and structural requirements.
3. Technical development
Engineering teams develop structural systems, foundations, and building services according to local standards.
4. Construction and further development
The system can be expanded or modified through additional typologies while maintaining the same architectural language.
ACCESS OPTIONS
Architectural Study (PDF)
A comprehensive architectural document presenting the Forest Pavilions system.
The study includes:
• theoretical background of the system
• explanation of the modular structure
• architectural drawings and diagrams
• visualizations of the typologies
• explanation of façade morphologies and design logic
This document is intended for conceptual and educational use.
Construction rights and professional implementation are not included in the study.
Professional Licensing
Professional licensing is available for companies or studios interested in implementing the Forest Pavilions system in real development projects.
Licensing may include:
• rights to implement the architectural system in a project
• access to technical source documentation
• permission to adapt the design to local conditions
• integration into development or production workflows
Licensing scope is defined individually depending on the type of project and the intended scale of development.

TECHNICAL FRAMEWORK
Forest Pavilions defines the architectural logic and spatial organization of the system.
However, the system is not a construction permit set.
Implementation requires adaptation by licensed professionals who will address:
• structural engineering
• foundations and site conditions
• mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• compliance with local building regulations
This approach allows the system to remain flexible and adaptable across different locations and development contexts.
OPTIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The system may be further adapted by the client’s local architect or engineering team.
In certain cases, additional design development or customization may be available through a separate agreement.
Such services are not included in the basic licensing model.

AUTHORSHIP
Forest Pavilions was developed by The Architectural Mythologems as part of an ongoing exploration of architecture as a symbolic and modular system.
The project combines architectural theory, spatial logic, and modular design principles into a coherent framework that can evolve through different implementations.
The system is licensed for use but remains the intellectual property of the author.
